Common questions about uploading a talking clip, confirming captions, previewing effects and generating your video.
Which videos are supported?
Portrait 9:16 MP4 or MOV talking clips up to 90 seconds. Your expressions, lip sync, movement and original audio are always preserved.
Why do I confirm twice?
First you confirm the transcript line by line — previews are only built after that. Then you confirm the effects and the cost, and only then are credits spent on generation.
Am I charged if generation fails?
No — credits spent on a failed run are refunded automatically. If a project seems stuck, reopening it resumes processing.
Do credits expire?
Regular credits never expire. Add-on credit packs bought by subscribers do have an expiry date, shown on your account page.
How do I delete my account and videos?
In the iOS app go to Me → Delete Account, or email us. Your account data, source videos and generated results are permanently deleted together. Note that the one-time signup credits are not granted again if you sign up afterwards.

支援哪些影片？
目前支援最長 90 秒的 9:16 直式 MP4 或 MOV 口播影片。表情、嘴型、動作與原聲都會保留。
為什麼要確認兩次？
第一次先確認逐句字幕，確認後才製作效果預覽；第二次確認效果與費用，確認後才扣點生成。
生成失敗會扣點嗎？
處理失敗會自動退還這次扣除的點數。若狀態長時間沒有更新，重新開啟作品頁會自動繼續處理。
點數會過期嗎？
一般點數不會過期；訂閱用戶加購的優惠點數包有使用期限，帳號頁會顯示到期日。
如何刪除帳號與影片？
請在 iOS App 內前往「我的 → 刪除帳號」，或來信要求刪除。帳號資料、來源影片與生成成品會一併永久刪除。請注意，註冊時一次性贈送的點數在重新註冊後不會再次發放。
