Privacy Policy

VibeCut only uses your data to provide accounts, video processing, generation, and support. We never sell your personal data, and we never use your videos for advertising or model training.
What We Collect
- Account data: your user identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google, and your email address (if you choose to share it).
- Videos and transcripts: the source videos you upload, speech transcriptions, per-sentence timestamps, effect settings, and generated result videos.
- Purchase records: transaction identifiers for in-app purchases. Payment is handled by Apple; we never receive your credit card information.
- Web sign-in state: the browser app keeps your VibeCut sign-in token in localStorage until you sign out or the token expires.
How We Use Your Data
- Source videos are sent to Groq Whisper for speech transcription, Google Gemini for content analysis and effect matching, and KIE / Seedance for AI video generation — solely to process your requests.
- Source videos, previews, and results are stored on Google Cloud Storage; the app and processing services run on Google Cloud.
- Data is used only to fulfill your requests, maintain your account and credits, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.
Retention and Deletion
You can permanently delete your account, uploaded videos, and generated videos in the iOS app under Me → Delete Account. Web users can also request deletion by email; signing out removes the sign-in token stored in your browser.
Third-Party Services
To provide the service we rely on Apple, Google, Google Cloud, Groq, and KIE / Seedance. Each processes only the data required, under its own privacy policy.

VibeCut 只在提供帳號、影片處理、生成與支援服務所需的範圍內使用你的資料。我們不會販售你的個人資料，也不會把你的影片用於廣告或訓練模型。
我們收集的資料
- 帳號資料：透過 Sign in with Apple 或 Google 登入時的使用者識別碼，以及你同意提供的電子郵件。
- 影片與字幕：你上傳的來源影片、語音轉錄文字、逐句時間碼、效果設定與生成成品。
- 交易資料：App 內購買點數的交易識別碼。付款由 Apple 處理，我們不會取得信用卡資料。
- 網頁登入狀態：線上版會在瀏覽器 localStorage 保存 VibeCut 登入 token，直到你登出或 token 到期。
資料如何使用
- 來源影片會傳送至 Groq Whisper 進行語音轉錄、Google Gemini 進行內容分析與效果配對，並傳送至 KIE / Seedance 進行 AI 影片生成。
- 來源影片、預覽圖與成品儲存於 Google Cloud Storage；應用程式與處理服務運行於 Google Cloud。
- 資料只用於完成你的請求、維護帳號、點數、問題診斷與防止濫用。
保存與刪除
你可以在 iOS App 的「我的 → 刪除帳號」永久刪除帳號、上傳影片與生成影片。線上版使用者也可以來信要求刪除；登出會移除本機瀏覽器保存的登入 token。
第三方服務
為完成服務，我們使用 Apple、Google、Google Cloud、Groq、KIE / Seedance 等服務。各服務也會依其隱私權政策處理必要資料。
